Carmela Ristorante has easily become our favourite italian restaurant in Horsham.

The restaurant offers an authentic Italian dining experience for all the family with an Italian mural on one wall, lit lime candles, rustic wooden floors you will genuinely feel welcomed by their friendly and attentive staff.

Their menu includes flavoursome dishes such as their traditional breads, pizzas and pasta dishes. For a family friendly restaurant, the Carmela Ristorante would be very well suited.

On arrival we are greeted by the attentive, friendly and welcoming staff who work tirelessly to make your visit memorable. To start we share the delicious Antipasto Vegetale, a selection of Italian breads, cheese and olives along wit a bootle of wonderfully crisp Pinot Grigio.

For our mains we have the delightful Spaghetti al nero di seppia a Black squid ink spaghetti cooked in a cherry tomato sauce with king prawns, mussels, squids, fennel and chilli sprinkled with garlic crum and the stunning house special of Rigatoni Carmela a Sicilian sausage meat cooked in white wine and parsley with a touch of fresh garlic fennel seeds, pistachio in a gorgonzola sauce.

The food here is just lovely and great value and we just cannot wait for our next visit. If you have not been then you must try it, you won’t be disappointed.
