The Buenos Aires Steakhouse Horsham provides a unique combination of excellent quality Argentine cuts of beef from grass-fed cattle reared in the fertile lowlands of Las Pampas and cooked on an authentic parrilla (barbecue) paired with superb Argentine wines, traditional Argentine cuisine, quality ingredients and a vibrant atmosphere.

We arrived about 8:30pm on a Friday evening to a restaurant bustling with people with a buzz in the air of people enjoying themselves. We were greeted by their friendly staff at the door who took the time to tell us what the restaurant was all about, as we had not booked we had a short wait for a table which and were offered a drink at the bar, well who could turn down a glass of Malbec wine anyway.

Very shortly after we were taken upstairs to the main restaurant area and our table. We wanted to try something authentic and our lovely waiter said we must try the Empanadas – its a traditional Argentine savoury filled pastry and the Provoleta Argentina which is a typical argentine starter of provolone cheese and slow cooked with tomato and oregano. Both were lovely.

Four our main course the waiter recommended that we had the Pork Belly which is slow cooked for 5 hours in a homemade barbecue sauce and served with sweet potatoes fries and the Prime Rib-Eye steak served with Fries.

Each bite unleashed a taste explosion as both dishes were cooked to perfection, we were not disappointed in the recommendation. The great food, the vibrant atmosphere, the attentive staff and the range of Malbec wines will see us go back for more, we may even take a few friends with us

To sum up, the Buenos Aires Steakhouse Horsham is a great venue for authentic Argentinean food that serves a great steak too. If you have not tried it, you should its a great night out
