White Wine

White wine is a beverage made from the fermentation of the juice of grapes. It is produced by the alcoholic and oxidation fermentation of the non-coloured portion of the grape, which is separated from the skin and seeds. The colour of white wine ranges from yellow to amber to green to brown for ageing in oak, then pink to red for ageing in contact with the grape skins. White wine is usually served chilled, but may be enjoyed at room temperature on warmer days.
